Hatua ya kujifunza shabaha inaambatana na dhana ya chama chetu, uwindaji na uhifadhi.Uharibifu mkubwa  wa kujeruhi wanyama ulisababishwa na baadhi ya wawindaji kutokuwa na shabaha inayotakiwa TACHA kwa kuliona hiyo imeamua kuendesha mafunzo IJUE SILAHA YAKO. Aidha pia ni arena ya wawindaji kubadishana mawazo na kujenga umoja. Event kama hiyo itaendelezwa na kuboreshwa.
